■ If there is a problem with the product
If there is a problem with the product (defective product, wrong product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs, so please let us know and send it back to us with cash on delivery.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- If you have used the product
- Products with specified or changed shapes or colors beyond the standard upon request
- If you do not return all of the products and accessories we sent you
- If more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
- If the product has been altered in any way
