Delivery

Free shipping for orders over 22,000 yen (tax included).

We charge a flat rate of 880 yen per delivery (excluding Hokkaido and Okinawa).

Hokkaido: 1,540 yen

Okinawa: 1,320 yen

*Prices include tax.

We use the following delivery companies:

We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Returns

■ If there is a problem with the product

If there is a problem with the product (defective product, wrong product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs, so please let us know and send it back to us with cash on delivery.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

If you have used the product
Products with specified or changed shapes or colors beyond the standard upon request
If you do not return all of the products and accessories we sent you
If more than 7 days have passed since the product was delivered
If the product has been altered in any way
